AISalary provides salary data aggregation, analysis, and comparison tools for AI professionals. We offer both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Salary Submissions

By submitting salary data, you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, aggregate, and display the data (anonymized) on our platform. You confirm the data is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Subscription and Payment

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor (Creem.io). You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: scrape or automate data collection, misrepresent salary data, use the service for commercial redistribution without authorization, or violate any applicable laws.

7. Disclaimer

Salary data is provided "as is" for informational purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy and are not responsible for decisions made based on our data.

8. Limitation of Liability

AISalary shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
